Returns & exchange policy

Thank you for shopping with Nurvi Creations. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we understand that sometimes items need to be returned or exchanged. Please read our Returns and Exchange Policy carefully.

Return Eligibility.

Step 1: Kindly notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order by emailing sales@nurvicreations.co.za or reaching out to us via our WhatsApp Helpline number 0726447850.

Step 2: Prior to initiating the return process for your damaged or incorrect product, you are requested to provide us with a Parcel Opening video and photograph of the product. Subsequently, our Quality Control team will assess whether the product qualifies for return.

Step 3: Upon receipt of your email detailing the product concern along with the opening video and photograph, and upon approval from our Quality Control team, we will notify you of the most suitable return procedure.

Step 4: Nurvi Creations will  issue a refund for the value of the goods to the credit/debit card used for the online purchase. Refunds will be processed only upon receiving the shipment in its original packaging.

Please note: We do not hold responsibility for lost or damaged packages and cannot accept returns without prior notification.

 

Non-Returnable Returns and Refunds

Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:

    • Inaccurate or outdated delivery address.
    • Incorrect address format, including PO Box addresses.
    • After three unsuccessful delivery attempts by our courier agencies.
    • Rejection of the package by the recipient.
    • Sizing discrepancies. Please carefully consult our size guides before making a purchase, or feel free to contact us for further assistance via email at info@nurvicreations.co.za or by calling our contact number.
    • Products returned in a used or damaged condition.
    • Minor variations in color and design. Please note that the colors of the products may appear slightly different due to camera effects and display settings on our website.
    • Returns and refunds based on personal preferences or dislikes, as individual customer choices vary.
    • Returns and refunds are not applicable for Custom Stitched Products.
    • Non-damaged or non-faulty jewelry item
    • Items marked as final sale.
    • Customized or personalized items.
    • Items that show signs of wear or damage.

Return Process

  1. To initiate a return, please provide instructions for initiating a return, such as contacting customer support or using an online return portal].
  2. Please include a copy of the original receipt or packing slip with your return.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment made to purchase the product.Refunds will be processed within 7- 14  business days after receiving the returned item.

Damaged or Defective Items

  1. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately.
  2. We may require photos or additional information to process a refund or return.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped. Please review your order carefully before completing the purchase.

Policy Changes

We reserve the right to update or modify this Returns and refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on our website.
